Who we are

The controller responsible for this website is Moriss Philip Bespoke Designs, a handcrafted jewelry studio in Berlin, Germany. Contact: studio@moriss.baroc.dev (placeholder address).

What we collect

Only what you give us: your email address if you join the newsletter, and the details you send when you place an order or write to us — name, address, email and order history. We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to send the newsletter you asked for (Art. 6(1)(a), consent you can withdraw at any time), and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under German law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the studio — payment processing, shipping and website hosting — each bound by a data-processing agreement. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the periods German commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally; they never leave your device.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You may also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
