Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email that you wish to withdraw, then send the piece back within a further 14 days.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces
Pieces made to your measurements, engraved, or designed with you are made for one person only. Under EU consumer law they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We confirm this with you before work begins.
Condition of returns
Please return pieces unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, together with the certificate of craftsmanship. We inspect every return in the studio before refunding.
Refunds
Once a return is accepted we refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived faulty.
Faulty or damaged pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost. This sits alongside your statutory warranty rights and our lifetime guarantee.
