Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026. Placeholder text — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with Moriss Philip Bespoke Designs, Berlin, Germany, through this website or directly with the studio.

Orders

An order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. For bespoke pieces we agree the design, materials, price and timeline with you in writing before work begins.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include German VAT (19%). Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Bespoke commissions require a deposit, with the balance due before dispatch.

Making and delivery

Each piece is made by hand, so stated lead times are estimates. We ship insured and tracked; ownership passes to you once the piece is paid for in full.

Lifetime guarantee

We repair any fault in our craftsmanship for the life of the piece. Normal wear, loss, and damage from accidents or alteration elsewhere are not covered. Oxidized finishes change with wear by design.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Law and disputes

German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
